When you make a purchase with us, all your personal details like your name

ensure they stay safe. And once we have your details, we promise they will
never be passed on to anyone. You can even request to have all your details
removed from our records, although in some cases for warranty reasons we may
have to keep your details on file for at least a year.

Paying by Credit/Debit card online
To give you the upmost security possible, we don't ever see or deal with
your credit card details. We know how important it is to keep your card
secure, so we leave it to the experts to manage all payments for us, that
being PayPal and Google Checkout.
If you have never heard of either PayPal or Google Checkout, we can tell you
now you cant get much safer! Combined, these two companies process millions
of transactions every day and both offer excellent fraud protection services
Once you pay for your order through PayPal or Google Checkout, they will
then be responsible for getting the money to us. We will never have access
to your account, nor your card details, so you can feel safe in the
knowledge that you're protected.

Paying by Cheque or Bank Transfer
We understand
that some people are still a bit weary of giving their card details away
online, no matter who the company might be. Because of this we do our best
here to try and offer an alternative, and that is the old fashioned cheque
or bank transfer.
If you want to pay by either of these two methods then full details will be
provided at the end of the checkout stage. You should be aware that we need
to wait for cheques to clear or a bank transfer to appear in our account
before we start to process your order, so if you're in a
bit of a rush this might not be the best option.
