As all PC’s are built to order it can take between 3 to 10
working days for your PC to made, however our average build
time at the moment is 3 days.
Once your new PC has been built it will immediately
dispatched and in most cases will be with you the next
working day! If you don’t get your item the next day, we
guarantee it will be with you within 48 hours of dispatch.
Tracking numbers as well as up to date build information will be provided via email
to keep you fully up to date at all times!

return it within 14 days for a full refund. All we ask is that
you return it ‘as new’ and in the original packaging, and that
you pay the shipping costs to get it back to us.

contact us before returning an item for an RMA number. Returns
will not be accepted without this number.
