Delivery, Returns and Refund Information
Delivery
We know it's an exciting time buying a new PC, and that you'll want it as soon as possible after ordering, so we aim to work as fast as possible to get it at your door. In most cases you can expect to receive your order in 5 to 10 days of ordering, and you'll get a email every step of the way to let you know how its going.
Large/High Value items in the Essex and Suffolk area - FREE!
Computers or items of similar size/value which need to be delivered in the Essex region will personally be delivered by a Vella Technology technician. This service is completely free of charge as long as you are within our service area.
Small items or outside of the Essex and Suffolk area - Prices vary depending on weight
Depending on the size of the item we will use a mixture of either Royal Mail, Royal Mail Special Delivery (choice can be specified on the checkout page), or DHL. Delivery is 24-48 hours once your item has been dispatched from us, but in most cases will be next working day. Prices vary depending on the weight of the product(s), but can be seen as part of the checkout process.
Returns
Product Faulty / Damaged
If after receiving your product you find it to be faulty or damaged, we will be happy to replace it for you at no charge to you.
Simply log in to the "
Your account" area of this website, view your existing order, and then mark the appropriate product for return leaving as much detail on the fault as possible. We will then review your request and approve it shortly after.
Product no longer needed
If you change your mind after ordering, and no longer want the product you ordered, you have up to 14 days to request a refund of the full product price, as long the item is returned to us in full working order, and in its original packaging. Please be aware that the refund will not include any initial shipping charges to you, so you will only be refunded the full product price. Please also note that products made to order (i.e. Custom PC's) are not eligible for our 14 day grace period.
To request a refund simply log in to the "
Your account" area of this website, view your existing order, and then mark the appropriate product for return, making sure you tell us in the return details box that this is simply a return for a refund. We will then review your request and approve it shortly after, as long as you are within the 14 day time frame.
Returns Instructions
Large/High Value items in the Essex and Suffolk area
Items that need to be returned to us for refund or repair will be collected by a member of our team once the return has been arranged free of charge.
Small items or outside of the Essex and Suffolk area
If a large or high value items needs to be returned for replacement or repair then we will arrange a collection from your house free of charge at a time to suit you. If the item is in full working order but you have changed your mind, then you will be responsible for returning the item to us and a cost to you.
If the item is small or of low value, we will request that you send the item back to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery, and we will reimburse you the cost of postage once we have received the item back. As before, if the item is in full working order or you have simply changed your mind then we would not refund the postage cost.
