Your engineer Richard was absolutely fantastic. Firstly, he arrived five minutes ahead of the promised response time of just over an hour. Secondly, he immediately busied himself at tackling the task in hand, which was a truly challenging one, and two hours and twenty minutes later all was well.
Thirdly, he gave my PC a full health check and left two quality bits of software to help offer further protection, all this for £35 inclusive of a thirty day guarantee if the problem occurs again!
